  Jim helped my wife and I purchase our first home, and I could not be more grateful for his help. We felt overwhelmed trying to get into our first home, especially in the current market, but Jim always made himself available to sit down and talk to us, explain the process, and answer our naive questions. What’s more, he was able to do this remotely from the Bay Area while we were in Orange County. Can’t recommend Jim enough!
