  My comments regarding Hector's and his staff's service on my behalf are simple: Hector did an excellent job arranging acquisition financing for our new home. The assignment was challenging yet he pursued it with diligence, perseverance and patience. His advice to me re strategy and tactics was spot-on. The result was a successful loan funding in a timely manner (<30 days). I would definitely recommend Hector's services to friends.

  Hector is a magician! He was able to set me up with a loan at a very good rate when no other banks I tried to work with were able to. Super professional, responded promptly to all my questions, and explains in great detail all options and scenarios. Highly recommend!
