  I have only good things to say about our experience with The Holland Team - Cardinal Financial. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home and we were referred to Palmer . We received excellent information and recommendations as to how we could be financially prepared to meet our goals. Our journey to home ownership took about 1 year. My loan process was very long and drawn out, due to some extenuating circumstances related to another property I was involved with, however Palmer and his team worked tirelessly to make sure that I was able to get into my new place!   Highly recommend the Holland team from Cardinal Financial! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are always there to answer any questions. Their communication is excellent as well as their response time. I can definitely say I wouldn't have reached my goal without them. They explained to me what I need to do financially step by step.   I cannot imagine a better mortgage loan experience than the one we were provided by Palmer and Marisa. They were super responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and there with us every step of the way. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were apprehensive about the loan origination process and weren't sure what to expect, especially during a hot housing market. Palmer answered all of our questions candidly and promptly and was always available to jump on a call to talk through any issues we had. I cannot recommend Palmer and Marisa highly enough. They are awesome!

  The Holland Team with Cardinal Financial exceeded my expectation. There were 2 things I liked most about them one was how punctual they were anytime I didn’t understand something or needed help they responded quickly. They were able to answer every question I had and, they made the entire process easy for me. Second the online portal they use to upload documents was user friendly. It really was stress free. I truly would recommend them to anyone.

  Im not a woman of many words but when it comes to Mr Holland and and Mrs Virginia and the worke they put in to help me and my husband get our first house I could go on forever they helped us some much we didn't know anything about buying a,home and the first night my husband talked to Mr Holland over the phone without even having us as clients yet he explained so much to us and stayed on the phone for more than a hour he made it sound easy and gave us hope and let me say Mrs Virginia was awesome she is a hard working woman every house we looked at she was right there with us every step of the way showing us what to look for in a home we almost gave up and just bid on anything just being anxious but she made us realize to not be in a rush and be patient and she was right thanks to her and Mr Holland we got the perfect house for us I can't thank God enough for putting them in our life I'm at home sweet home and I love it they stayed in contact with us to see how everything is going and left the door open for us to reach out at anytime if we needed insight on anything I could never thank them enough and this is coming from a woman of not many words ❤ 💙 💖 💗 💕 I could go on
