  Enough good things cannot be said about Jill Tanida and The Hamptons Real Estate Team in Hampton Falls, NH!!! We began a search for housing for our daughter and during this search we were led to Jill Tanida who guided us from beginning to end.   I have known Paul Lepere for many years. He sold my home in Exeter over 20 years ago. He did an outstanding job then, so when it came time to sell my beloved childhood home there was no one else I would trust. From day one Paul was positive and honest as we discussed the price and any obstacles we might face. The home had been in my family for generations so there was a great deal of emotion with my entire family. Paul was patient and understanding dealing with unexpected title issues and probate. We sold the house for exactly what he told us we would. Paul and his team at The Hamptons are awesome and professional every step of the way. They deserve 100 stars.

  Jill was wonderful! I called out of the clear blue and she immediately understood what we needed and proceeded to get more information for us. Within a few days we saw a nice property and made an offer and were able to close in time to meet our needs. I highly recommend working with her when you need to move to New Hampshire. Should our needs change, we will definitely contact her again.

  We met Jill Tanada completely by happenstance when the realtor from another agency cancelled just as we were leaving for a review of some houses in the Hampton area. In just the hour it took us to reach her office, Jill had the itinerary prepared. But deciding on what may be our retirement home took us a lot of time and generated a lot of questions (we haven’t done this in 42 years), which Jill handled patiently and thoroughly. As we got to know her over the course of our search (so many houses seemed to fall just short of perfect), we found Jill to be not only an experienced realtor who knew all the resources in town we were going to need (the best places to eat, shop, visit, the best contractors, the neighborhood kid to shovel the snow…), but also a friend we could trust and on whom we could rely. When we finally found the house we felt was “us”, Jill guided us calmly and professionally through the purchase- and- sale and beyond. We didn’t make it easy for her, with all of our questions, concerns, and worries, but Jill’s indefatigable energy and ebullience not only got the job done, it made the process (for us, at least) less burdensome (she still continues to help!)and actually pleasant. We looked forward to visiting her each trip to Hampton, and as we begin to settle in to the neighborhood, to continuing our relationship. Jill is a 5-star person and professional; we couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
