      I’d like to recognize and thank Andy, for assisting me today. I called his store to hopefully get help resolving a banking issue I’m having, due to an error I made. Andy returned my call promptly and listened to my situation. He told me he’d call me back. And within 2 hours, he had an answer to my request with a solution in the works. He told me exactly what TD Bank is doing, to resolve my problem and that a solution is in the works. We don’t always take the time to say thank you these days. I want to thank Andy for his time, effort, follow up and professionalism today. RH

      Of the 3 other branches I have dealt with in the last few years, this is absolutely the slowest, least customer friendly of the 4. I have been a customer at this location since it was Family bank in 1992. Past branch management encouraged their tellers to know their customers, current management could care less. When I wanted a larger sum of money it was sorry we don't have it on site. My little credit union had it available in less than a half hour. Did anyone hear the vacuum when I cleaned out the TD account? Of the 6 "5 star" reviews 4 of them came from LOCAL GUIDES! What are they? I wouldn't follow them anywhere.

      On July 10th I deposited a check in the ATM at the Seabrook location. Today is July 19th. Still has not cleared. This is a check from one of the largest commercial insurers in the US. The branch manager (Andy) was useless with helping to resolve the issue and pointed only to the 800 #. They in turn said you must go to the branch. Perhaps it's time to reconsider with whom I bank. Maybe you should too

      This place is horrific. Honestly, I understand with Covid, things aren’t ideal for any and everyone. However, every single time I come here ( which I literally avoid if possible) there is some kind of issue. Besides the mandatory hour wait....they constantly come up with reasons they can’t simply cash my checks. First time the manager called my work to verify just because the amount I was cashing seemed high to her. Then after everything was finally settled and the whole entire staff knows me they still insist on 3 different ids ... because god for bid my stat issued license isn’t good enough I’d. I’m just so sick of this place . And it’s not just 1 time or 2 or 3 it’s EVERYTIME. They are rude and get off at wasting your time

      Having been a part of TD bank for many years and having a business account with them I was absolutely shocked with how terrible this branch treats customers. I hope others don’t assess TD bank from this branch as it’s just a really bad apple. I will never go to this branch again, would choose to drive across town to not deal with the migraine induced from the toxic employees.

      I had 1,000$ in my account. And when I went to take $ out I was told I didn't have any $ left. I went in the bank n was told $400 was taken out from some mobile Corp 2 times in 1 day. When I had it set up to not take out more then 500$ a day. I never heard of mobile Corp , n got the 800$ back. But the other 200$ missing I never got back

      Do not go to this branch!! Please go to Newburyport! I can not stress enough this branch will make you so angry. Seabrook branch does not care about customer service or helping with what you need. They just like to say "NO". I go to the Newburyport branch to do the same transaction I get a smile and a no problem attitude. Someone needs to overhaul this branch, they are ruining the reputation of TD Bank

      I was surprised to see unfavorable reviews for this location. I bank at this location several times a week and have always found the service and the employees very pleasant. Their lollipops and candy canes are green (YUCK) but the people are terrific.

      By far the worst customer service any where. They check your account when you request a roll of quarters. They are not fast. They are not friendly. Pathetic.

      I never write reviews good or bad but I just have to for this TD bank. Probably the worst TD bank service I have ever encountered. Almost bad enough to change accounts after almost 25 years!
