  Mr. Mark S. Fisher and his team are excellent! When we met with Mr. Mark, I had the impression. Everything would work out at the end of the day, and guess what? That's exactly how it went. Mr. Mark is good at keeping his promises; if he says something will happen, he makes it happen. I was very nervous when we were getting to the closing date. Some documents and things had to be ready, and we were on a very tide deadline; however, Mr. Mark said, "no worries, I will have all your documents prepared for your closing date." That's exactly how it happened, and we were able to close on December 15, 2020. Regardless of the pandemic, Mr. Mark and his team have shown that they are a fantastic team! Facts! Mr. Mark is honest, keeps promises, has patience, clarity and loves to help his clients. He is generous. He is good at remembering birthdays while working with him.

  I’ve done a few mortgage deals and I’ve never had such a great positive experience like I just had with Mark Fisher. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and just great to do business with. His team is also amazing, getting things done very fast and organized. No gimmicks and no excuses. Great business partner. A+++

  I honestly cannot believe that we closed in less than 30 days! What a pleasure it was to work with Mark Fisher! Although my application was not very straight forward, Mark Fisher helped me come up with a game plan that would allow me to close in record breaking time. Prior to meeting Mark, I was working with another broker who was not very straight forward. Every time I met with that broker, I was still left uncertain of the things I had to take care of on my end. With Mr. Fisher, things became a lot more clear for me. I had a much better understanding of the process, less “running around in circles”, and more fun learning as I went along. Mark made my life easy with regular updates, organized processes, and taken the time out to explain things in detail. I am happy to say that we are currently working out a plan to buy my 2nd home! I highly recommend Mark and intend on maintaining a long term relationship with him.

  This was our second time purchasing a home and our realtor referred us to Mark Fisher. I had previously used a large bank and honestly Mark Fisher was by far the better choice!! He was extremely professional, helpful, and patient with us. He made everything as simple as possible and was always responsive. I would recommend him to anyone!!! It was a pleasure working with him!   Mark was extremely helpful end to end in the mortgage process. I would definitely recommend Mark and UNMB to others. A few key things that I appreciated were the timeliness, constant communication, reasonable interest rate and Marks support throughout the process.

  I met Mark a few years ago while trying to obtain a mortgage. I had a tax liability situation that also led to a low Fico(credit)score. Mark advised me on how to better my credit situation and said as soon as I’m ready he WOULD get me approved for a mortgage. Fast forward a few years later. Not only did he obtain a mortgage for me but at 3.35% interest. Saving me thousands of dollars! I highly recommend Mark Fisher. From start to finish Mark walks you through the process until you receive the keys to your new home! God bless you Mark!! Keep up the great work!!!!

  PLEASE DO NOT USE MARK STEVEN FISHER FROM UNITED MORTGAGE NORTHERN BANKERS LIMITED FOR YOUR MORTGAGE NEEDS! My husband and I were referred to him by a co-worker. We were using Mark to purchase our dream home. He did not do his job and gather all necessary information upfront from us and two days before we were supposed to close on the home, his incompetence made us lose the home. The seller's of the home couldn't afford to keep waiting because they were already paying two mortgages. They got frustrated and cancelled our contract. Who could blame them, we had someone working for us who had no clue about how to close this deal in a timely manner. Now in the middle of a pandemic, where it is a seller's market, we are living out of boxes because our home is in contract and have been unable to find another home as there is a shortage of homes for sale. We now have to put all of our furnishings in storage and rent an apartment until God know when! Mark should have verified these certain financial details when we first started the approval process and he failed to do so therefore two days before closing as he was still verifying details that we had already sent to him weeks before. Also, he failed to listen to us when we said we did not want to go over a certain amount for a mortgage payment and did not listen. In fact, we were going to end paying an additional $600 more a month!! Again, close to closing is when we found this out. His communication is horrible, we had to email him EVERYDAY for him to do his job and find out what was going on. The team he has working with him is just as unprofessional. One of his co-workers did not realize she was sending personal information about us to a spam email account and almost caused us our down payment via wire fraud. Thank goodness for our lawyer who stepped and prevented us with making a huge mistake with the transfer. We now have a new mortgage broker who actually knows what he is doing and had told us there was no need for us to lose the house, all Mark had to do was take a few extra steps and we would have been in our dream home right now!! Mark is overwhelmed and unable to handle the pressure. I do not wish on anyone what my family and I are going through now. We will be homeless in a month!! What bothers me the most is that he knew that he screwed up and did not even apologize or reach out to us afterwards with any kind of explaination. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING MARK!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO TRY AND RESPOND TO THIS.
