  Juan has got a personality and a sense of humor, something very much needed during such a stressful purchase.   I would like to thank each one of you guys for going above and beyond in getting us to the closing table. We are so thankful for everything you guys did for 5 months until we were clear to close. Like Juan said this loan is going to the history book. Special shout out to Jessie Tejada who went above and beyond with everything since day one. Amazing falls short to describe everything she did to keep me informed and always in the loop. She honestly kept me sane. She was so pleasant, patient and worked late and early morning submiting my paper work and having attention to detail throughout the loan process. She always answered my 100 messages, emails, and phone calls all at the same time. I apologize if I once drove you all crazy, but it was all worth it. The happiness that this home brought to my family is priceless. On behalf of my family I would like to thank the entire team, Juan, Jared, and Jesirette for being so patient and saying YES when everyone else told us no.   Absolute nightmare of a company. Total scammers start to finish. Over charge on everything, escrow money games all day. Late charges furring the pandemic, unable to give straight answers, take 4 months to get CEMA Docs for refinance. Won’t refund illegal taken money.
