  One of the better Capital One branches , you have ATM outside , so if you need quick cash you don’t have to go inside. You also have 3 ATMs inside if there is a line for the teller. The teller are very helpful and move the line . Always quick in and out every time.

  I went in bank today, and was greeted by a beautiful tall guy, Gerald. He is amazing. Every bank should have a Gerald. He is the sweetest man I've met in banks. He went above, and beyond doing my bank transfer. Most capital employees are very well trained to deal with customers. I love this bank. Security is great with them. Thank you, Capital One.

  I would not recommend this bank mainly because they advertise that they will protect you from fraud but what they really mean is they will cause you of fraud and close your account because someone tried to scam you . I feel like I was discriminated against because of my ethnicity and financial status . Seems they took the east route instead of actually working to figure things out . I have all the proof of everything but instead of asking for it they just closed my account and issued my remaining funds back to me .

  This my first coming to this bank. The banker's are very nice. and quick. nice and clean. This best bank place I saw of capital one

  Small parking lot available, no drive thru. Long line, only 2 tellers when we went, 4 ATMs for customers.

  Terrible customer service. Called at 9am to come in to open a business account. I was told to come in. I went in at 3 o clock to be told i have to make an appointment, its to late and they are understaffed. Manager is no help.

  For a Friday the 2 women that were the tellers at the time were extreme rude and aggressive. I was standing in line and they pro longed whatever they were doing and had smart remarks while handing me my money. That is not the way to do business and they should be replaced. Would not recommend.

  Terrible customer service ATM machines either out-of-service or not accepting deposits Employees eat ALL THE TIME please put the fork down and work. Take your lunch in a break room. Don’t ask for quarters “they won’t give you a roll even if you have a $10.00 bill or accounts with them. If you want a better banking experience go to another bank.

  I go here once a month to pay my Capital one credit card. The parking lot is a plus since I drive, the customer service is very good, the best part for me is the coffee and waters machines near the exit. I enjoy either a cold glass of water in the summer, or a lovely hot coffee in the winter, having those Machines there for there customers and keeping them well stocked with cups, napkins, cream etc, show's they want their customers to be happy with this branch and they want your business and are willing to go the extra mile to have you come back, and I do come back happily every month. keep up the good work guys, this branch shines because of the people who work within it care for their customers satisfaction.
