  I wouldn't typically call buying a home and going through the loan process pleasant or easy, but that's just because I'd never worked with Matt Brown before! He has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process. Not only is he very timely and efficient, he's very friendly and easy to talk to! He helped us navigate a sticky issue with a VA appraiser and kept us informed every step of the way. He absolutely made us feel at ease and comfortable, and from the get-go he proved he was the right choice not only because of the competitive rate he offered, but because his service has been miles beyond that of any lender I've worked with in the past. If we find ourselves looking to buy again, Matt will be my first call!

  Matt Brown is simply exceptional at his profession. He walked us (new homebuyers)through every step of the way. He was extremely patient and answered our one million questions without complaining one time. Also, completely understanding when we wanted to shop the rate that we got.   I don't bank here but I was in the drive thru line at Sonic on Monday when I was approached by some person being crazy. A woman and a male security guard was following him until the police showed up. I don't know what happened but they made me feel safer. I wanted to thank the security guard personally but I was running late. If their security goes above and beyond, I can only imagine how their staff is. Might be a future client soon! Keep up the good work!

  We worked with Matt Brown as our lender for our mortgage. Matt made the entire process so easy and answered every question we had about being first time home buyers.   Lied to me about cashing a payroll check over the phone. Didnt let me, drove an hour and a half to their bank for nothing. Liars and crooks
