  Awful and rude customer service. Teller looked annoyed about me wanting to cash a check, after telling me I would have to deposit it first. I said okay and then after she finished the deposit proceed to tell me I couldn't access it until the following day. I asked why deposit it then if I can't access it now. That's why I wanted to cash it! She again became annoyed saying I would have had to go to the bank the check was for. If she was nicer or informed me more about the funds that would be available if I deposit it. I wouldn't have been so upset. If it was end of day I could understand she was stress but this was in morning and bank only been open for 2hrs! No wonder this place has bad reviews.

  Bank wants to hold my paycheck for two weeks. teller tells me to call the number on the receipt. Takes three times of calling plus getting manager on the line. Verify all my info, 45 minutes later they cannot tell me anything and i have to wait til tomorrow before I can even get an answer about my money. This bank is an absolute joke. Send your customers in circles and dont care if they can even get from point a to b. Anyone working here should be ashamed. I Will never come back to this branch and will be looking for a new bank now.

  They were so helpful in getting a hold on a check removed for me! Professional, easy to work with, and followed up to make sure I had proper access to everything.

  Absolutely disappointed in this bank. They want to hold my funds for no reason. For two weeks I might add. Then when I call the number given i spend 30 minutes the first time. 45 minutes the second time, spoke with a manager and no one has an answer for me. Kinda funny how a company who makes a profit out of people not having money chas the audactiy to hold mine without an answer. If you're thinking about banking with these guys dont. Run away, never let them see a cent of your money because they dont care about their customers whatsoever If

  I was a victim of fraud. I go in to cancel the account and open a new one. Hugo is a peice of work. Instead of acknowledging my awful predicament and showing compassion, he refused to accept my 1 day expired license. Then came back with my passport and refused to give me some checks for my new account and suggested I buy from them!! As in spend more money because their inability to safely protect me. After TWO visits to the branch manager, the final reluctantly decided to give me some checks. Thanks guys, but I still feel completely taken advantage of and had ZERO compassion towards my situation. Will never be back to this branch.

  Chase is one of the largest financial institutions in the country. It has been around for a very long time, and has a very good reputation. If you are looking for a place to put your money, you can't go far wrong at Chase. They also can help you with loans and mortgages and other things that you need to do with money.

  Went to cash a check from damage a company caused to my property and they said there was a $8 fee if I was not a account holder. I asked what the fee was for and could not get an straight answer. Thank god I don’t bank with these people!! If I wrote a check for some one I knew and my own bank charged a fee..... I would be ashamed!! Shame on you CHASE bank!

  Can i give 0 stars? Really bad. Parking lot is hard to get in and out. Way way understaffed. Few that were there had 0 interest in helping me OR OTHERS. Avoid this branch !

  Surprised as a local business when I was told the business transaction line as labeled is inactive. When I asked why the signs were still up advertising a business line I was told because no one has taken it down... very poor experience. Will recommend our company transitions to a bank that respects it's commercial customers.
