The First National Bank & Trust Reviews

Rachael B3Banking itself is great! No hidden fees and no minimum balances for checking accounts! I’ve been with this bank since i opened up a savings account in 1995, and yet the bankers at the Fairless Hills branch treat me like I’m bothering them. If you’re looking for good customer service go elsewhere

Kyle1If I could give 0 I would. I don't know where to even start with the poor customer service or the image this bank has for being greedy. I advice not to use this branch or First National in general. If you want a bank that'll actually fight for you when you're wronged by somebody I'd suggesting a bigger name such as TD, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. At least you can be assured that those banks will assist when something goes awry. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Update* replied and have been left in limbo no response back I'm still waiting FNBN Friday 1/28/22 I left an email the day of getting this response from the bank. No reply. No nothing. A whole lot of smoke but no action. I will keep my original statement go to the bigger banks that will actually do something for you. Instead of deal with this nonsense of "email us". It was all too TRY and save face.
Response from the ownerGood Afternoon Kyle, I am sorry you have had a unpleasant experience with our bank. Would you care to email us at [email protected] and give us more details.

Brambilla Family5Been with First National Bank for over 30 years. There staff is absolutely amazing! No hidden fees. Ever. Best bank around. I would highly recommend to anyone. Their hours are hard. Sometime they close at 5, sometimes 6. Unfortunately not many people can make 5pm working 9-5. But its not worth changing!! They are the only bank ive ever used. Now with COVID all banks are closing earlier anyway.

Angelic Preneur5I have been with the First National Bank for over 30 years! When all the other Banks in Bucks County are changing names, ownership, and ways they do business, The First National Bank remains consistent and trustworthy. Their customer service is professional and always works with you until things are resolved. I highly recommend The First National Bank and Trust. They rock!

Tammilynn Brambilla5I've been with First National Bank since I was 16 years old. I'm now 43, there hous of operation do stink, but I wouldn't change banks for anything. Every employee that you've met will always call you by your first name, remembers your last conversation, complete smile, always takes the time to greet you, barely ever wait more then 2 minutes, extremely clean, I could go on forever. I do agree as many banks around that have hours after 5PM would be more then helpful considering I don't get done work Saturdays until after 12 is sometimes very hard to get there, either way I still have never been able to switch and leave them as helpful and caring as they are. My husband know comes to this branch and agrees they are very helpful and glad to help with anything you need. I aslo have never had a problem anytime I've called, there customer service is just as quick and helpful as any branch I've walked into.

sandra Herrera1I’ve been with this bank for a couple years now and all I can say is their customer service is extremely rude. I had the unfortunate pleasure to be helped by a person named Kim she was very rude, snapped when I was trying to speak and very unprofessional. One thing for sure is I try to be nice as possible when it comes to customer service because I know there’s rude people out there but if you don’t like the job just quit no customer deserves disrespect.

Patricia Woodruff5I have been with “The First “ since 1996 and I find the customer service is exceptionally professional and friendly towards me. I would certainly recommend this bank to anyone who is looking for a well organized bank in Bucks Country.

Kenneth Lewis5Cozy old fashioned and best customer care in the banking industry. They have many branches for convenience, though I do face to face transactions in the original bank on State Street in Newtown Boro. Hand painted murals floor to ceiling. Antique vault in operational condition and plenty of parking. I highly recommend opening an account with these folks. Security and customer satisfaction are their primary concerns and they come through every time.

Dan Logue3Their online banking has always been atrocious. If you’re always going to bank in person and it’s fine.
