  Strongly disagreeing with this bank, we tried to refinance, but in the midst of the process they charged us a credit check fee, application fee, fraud guard, flood cert. We were not approved and in the end they did not return more than half of everything they had charged on the credit card. I definitely don't recommend it. if there is no house closing they are not supposed to charge any fee. I have two properties and I have tried to buy more with other banks and this bank is the only one that has done this to me! I do not recommend it.

  Awful Experience with this loan agent at this bank George Enriques lied to us in order to make sure we will buy a house with them.. told us we were gonna be closing with an mount we could afford but at the end they almost double a Our Down payment!!! Also didn't clear with us until A few days of Closing!!!!!!... Stay away from This Bank!!!.. NOT WORHT IT!!!!

  Horrible experience.....if I could give zero stars I would. We initiated the process in May and didn't close until October because of their poor service and partners. When we complained they promised lender credits to get us to stay then removed them in the final closing documents and added them to our loan balance. Unethical and untrustworthy....do not do business with these folks under any circumstance.

  The Federal Savings Bank became my bank of choice because their terms are fair, their facility is beautiful and their staff is professional and personable. Setting up a new account and online banking and direct deposit of pay has been simple thanks to a smart system by the bank and well-trained employees to help me.   Went to open a CD. Friendly staff and a very upscale atmosphere. Only downside for this Bank is you have to go in to sign documents.
