  Antonio made everything personalized. My husband and I felt very comfortable in everything. He was always willing to answer any and all questions and explain information until we understood. He was available day or night. When he couldn`t answer immediately, we would get a response within a half hour. Finally, he was very well organized researcher. If there was something he didn`t know he would look into and get back to us right away. He kept us well informed on all the different steps.

  My wife and I were buying our first home. We were referred to an agent that had a great reputation. He ran our basic numbers and were pre-approved quickly. Sadly, I believe because he was not experienced working with the verification of 1099 income, he was unable to close our deal. I have two jobs and one of those positions is as a contractor. I believe for some strange reason he thought it was appropriate to explain the denial (after pre-approval) to us via text! He had all sorts of reasons why we wouldn't be approved. Contractor income and my wife having her student loans currently in deferment. All excuses but no real explanations. To save our transaction, our amazing real estate agent (George Kokkonas) referred us to Tanya and her team at Diamond Mortgage. I can't even begin to explain the difference of working with our original lender vs. Diamond. Tanya was able to move quickly, Marina was able to verify my strange 1099 income and Sveta covered all the loose ends. It was a race to close but we were able to do it. I have no doubts that if we had gone with someone like Perl Mortage we would have ended up with a very small mortgage even though our income and credit scores deserved greater credit. We will always be grateful to Tanya and her amazing team. They speak English, Ukrainian and I believe Russian. We were always laughing even during the most stressful financial situation of my life.
