  Great bank. They have always treated me with the highest respect every time I have called or visited. Good account options and low fees. Their mobile app/website leave a little to be desired, but overall better than all banks I have previously held accounts at (I'm looking at you- Bank of America, Chase, and Capital One...)

  Best bank in Lake Forest, bar none!!! A community bank of Wintrust with convenient satellite branches throughout Chicagoland. Outstanding customer service and very attentive to my needs. I’ll never go back to the big banks. They also have a branch in Naples that I frequent.

  Fortunately I am not a member or customer to this bank but my apt complex is. I live in a apartment community in Northwest Indiana where I have lived for going on 2 years and have paid my rent every month, this month my check was deposited into Lake Forest bank and trust by my office prematurely on the 28th even though the check was dated December 1st and they know I am a disabled veteran and dont get my SSI until the 1st but because of some changes in management the new person in charge of accounts payable accidently deposited my check on the 28th the day I dropped it off. My bank and the apartment complex reimbursed me for the NSF fee charged by my bank (Chase) but this bank blatantly lied stating they redeposited the check on Dec 4th which is a flat out lie as my funds were available on the 1st. When i attempted to contact Lake forest bank to dispute the $25 charge by the bank to my property mgmt for a supposed 2× deposit I was greeted by someone who was the most rude and ignorant team member I've ever dealt with in my 40+ yrs of banking. My bank already verified they never redeposited the check but when I asked for proof from them she got very defensive stating she didn't need to show me anything. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy as they are far from professional and down right rude to people that don't bank with them. BUYER BEWARE, NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!!!

  Everyone at LF bank is willing to go out of their way to help. No hidden fees or any of the problems you might get with larger banks. They were patient even when they had to look up my account number every single visit because I didn't bring it with me. Sorry about that...

  Would you like to looked down upon like you are lower than dirt? Do you like miscellaneous fees, endless loops to jump through and dealing with disgruntle employees? If yes, then this is the bank for you.
