  Aramis Moreira and his team are AMAZING!! I was skeptical at first and had zero trust because of dealing with other Companies. Especially the Bad experiences I went through.   I don't remember how David came into my life but it has definitely been the best part of my 2021. The team is well versed and work as a well oiled machine. We were able to complete most of the process online and the notary process was smooth. The process was made easy and accommodating to the various hurdles we experienced.   Preston Plumlee is an exceptionally well qualified mortgage banker with an exceptional (professional and personable) communication style. I've closed on 4 mortgage loans in the last eight years - Preston gets a 10/10 rating, while none of the other three bankers could rate better than 5/10 - truthfully. Because of my financial education and CPA licensing, I can readily tell when I am dealing with a financially savvy, experienced, and qualified mortgage banker versus a "form filler" and script reader. Preston is a true professional, and someone who has obviously worked hard to achieve the proficiency for which he readily exhibits. He is clearly one of your "stars", and I would insist on his involvement in any future transactions or referrals.

  Federal Savings bank delivered on my loan refinance in 2 weeks and saved me 220 dollars a month with a rate at 2.85 percent. Nell Dao was the loan officer who communicated the process expectations and completed everything rapidly

  Worst experience ever with Tony Alvarado handling a Re-Fi. Very unprofessional and providing customer service was not part of the process at all.
