  I have used Drew and his team to help us finance our home purchase and they helped us refinance a few times at different times in our lives when we had very different financial situations. Sharing personal finance information with someone can be stressful at times, but Drew is very friendly and nonjudgmental. They take the time to make sure you have all questions answered and work to find you the best deal. His team is responsive and kind and they make you feel like you are a VIP client. He also has a tool that they send out on a regular basis to help you track the value of your home and shows you how to best consider different options if you were to sell, remodel, etc. I would definitely continue using Drew and his team for any future home finance needs.

He explained everything thoroughly, had experts on hand to help with each step and was never condescending which I found to be an issue with many other companies as a woman purchasing a home.   Jessica and Shelly are the dynamic duo for all my mortgage needs! I've done one refinance and also one purchase with them, and both were very smooth. On my purchase, Jessica even negotiated on my behalf to beat another deal I had found through a private lender. These two are very responsive and I never felt confused or concerned about any part of either process with them. I will definitely reach out again next time I'm interested in exploring my options!

  We began looking for our first house right as COVID-19 started to impact the United States. Even though we were new to the process the Ebner team made sure we would always have a main contact and backup if need be and they were always available and receptive to any questions we had as we navigated the process. What really made the difference was when it came to closing. We had talked to a few other lenders and just before we were about to close the other lenders instantly raised their interest rates by more than 1% however the Ebner team stood by their original quote and never tried to gouge us with their rates or fees. I would highly recommend any and especially first time buyers to work with the Ebner team because I know they will be our first choice in the future!
