  I had a fantastic experience working with the Ebner lending team for my mortgage. Jessica was an amazingly communicative and knowledgeable partner guiding me through lending options throughout the entire process, and was really a key member of my "home search" team. She answered countless questions I had as a relatively inexperienced buyer. When I finally found the right home, she was responsive and open as we worked through the right final loan and offer. Finally, Shelly provided detailed communication throughout the closing process - which I really needed! Would strongly recommend the Ebner team!

  The Ebner Team at Guild Mortgage was fantastic to work with throughout my first home purchase. The entire team is incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. After my initial call with Drew, I worked with Jessica for 10 months as I tried to buy a home (and finally succeeded!) in Seattle. She answered my many questions and was extremely responsive whenever I asked for numbers to be run or for a quick pre-approval letter. Anytime I thought I might have a problem, she had a solution. She worked easily with my agent, and she was certainly a core member of my home buying team. Once I had an offer accepted, I started working with Shelly, who likewise was a rockstar at communication and helpfulness. She was able to close extremely quickly. Buying my first home was a long and challenging process due to the Seattle market at this time, but Drew, Jessica, and Shelly were a bright light in that process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I am so grateful for all of Drew and his teams help with my refinance. Drew has been a referring partner helping my real estate clients for several years and he really blew my socks off. To start with I am self-employed so that adds a degree of complication then mix in refinancing an investment and primary residence. Drew literally held my hand through the entire process.   Guild Mortgage was fantastic during our home search and purchase. I'd never heard of them but was referred to them by my agent. We worked with Josh in the beginning, he was great and was quick to respond with questions and get us pre-approval letters for our offers. Once we had an offer accepted the real work began and Shelly took over as primary contact. She was on top of it all! If we had questions she responded the same day. If she needed something from us she explained what she needed and why. She sent us a process update every week even if nothing changed just so we knew what was going on. My previous experience buying a house everything went into a black hole and we had no idea what was going on or even if our loan was approved until the day we signed documents. Guild Mortgage was not like that at all! They made the final part of buying a house in this crazy market as stress free as it could have been and we were able to focus on selling our old home.

  The Ebner team is amazing and awesome to work with! They have provided me with consistent and thorough support throughout the entire re-fi process twice now, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a re-fi or a new mortgage.
