  I’ve worked with Casey and his team on a home purchase, and again on a refinance. On both occasions, the entire team impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge, and service. An extra shout out for their great service. They clearly and kindly educated me through a process I knew nothing about and had little patience for.   My real estate agent recommend Guild Mortgage to us. It has been a pleasure working with them. They were very efficient in getting us preapproved and they were responsive and communicative. They reply emails and calls promptly. We got good rates. And they waved appraisal so that saved us some more money. We had 30-day closing on time. It was a stress free experience. We would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a lender.
