  Dietrich was great to work with. Guild has a good process backed by technology that works. I purchased my third home and this was the first time using Guild Mortgage. Dietrich had my back and worked closely with my Realtors to find the home my family loves. They put together an offer under my budget in the school district we wanted and it was accepted over a weekend. They made it happen in the craziest real estate market anyone has ever seen. Thanks to Dietrich and Team for all of your hard work.

  Dietrich and his team were prompt to get out documents ready in time for us to make a good bid on our home. They were also well familiar with our estate agent and helped us close the deal and the home with a quick turn around. The only thing that comes up to my mind for improvement is the online portal to auto-sync bank information was a bit finicky and did not allow my wife to sync her details as well. But we were able to give them docs over email to fulfill the requirements. Recommended team that provides a great professional service!

I really only post reviews when I want to help other consumers either avoid poor service providers, or connect with outstanding service providers, and Guild Mortgage definitely exceeds 'outstanding'. I'm a retired Army Officer who's been moving around for the last 20 years, which has included 4 home purchases and 3 home sales, all of which included conventional or VA mortgages.
