  Enjoyed a beautiful, two week rental in Seaside Park through the DiMare group. Everything went smoothly and anytime I contacted Tara with questions, she replied immediately. She even retrieved a charger we left behind and over-nighted it to us. Highly recommend using The DiMare group of Keller Williams Realtors.

  I wish I could give Marissa 0/5 stars. Yesterday we had a verbal agreement to purchase a home with her sellers. She asked our realtor to send over the new updated purchase offer that included her sellers counter offer requests. We sent the offer to her and then we were told that they had another offer come in after the verbal acceptance and we would have to offer more if we wanted the house. Totally Unethical!

  Thank you for your review. I understand that you are upset with the competitive market conditions and it can be frustrating as a buyer to bid on a house and it not work out in your favor given the low inventory driving up market competition. However, as I am sure your buyer's agent has explained to you- my fiduciary responsibility as the seller's agent is to the seller. When we receive offers, I have to present all of them and guide the seller to do what is best for them. As you already understand, what you stated here that I was "unethical" is incorrect. I presented the offers to the seller upon receipt and they made a decision based on all facts and what is best for them. If we signed off on your lower offer without presenting the other buyer's contract upon receipt- that in fact would be unethical. I wish you all of the best in the future and hope that you find the right home for you.

  I cannot say enough about the DiMare Group. I bought our first home with their help and guidance. Marissa and her team of caring, helpful and complete professionals held our hand throughout the entire process. They listened to our needs and we closed on our 'Dream' home in four weeks! We are so happy and still pinching ourselves. From financing, renovation, moving and even flood insurance they offer a complete service and always were there for our questions - even the nutty ones. We felt like we were part of the family and consider them to be good friends.

  I used Jodi as my realtor and she did not disappoint! Every time we wanted to see a house she got us in there same day or the next. She is also very informative and knowledgeable about the whole process!

Her knowledge of construction was so helpful in choosing the right home for us. I highly recommend using her for buying or selling. She was just awesome!
