  If you’re looking for a great realtor to buy or sell a home in Lavallette, I would highly recommend Andrea & Matt Schlosser from Schlosser Real Estate. We sold our Year-round home quickly in 2017 and bought a new construction home in 2021 within a few days from when it was listed both using Andy & Matt. They have a great local network, are very professional and have excellent follow-up skills.

  My husband and I had a terrific experience working with Anna Marie Antoniotti with a purchase and a sale. She answered our many questions via text, email and/or on the phone promptly and with ease. She also provided excellent contacts for us to work with, and offered advice all along the way. Both transactions happened very quickly and I don't think that would have been possible with anyone else.   JACKPOT!!! We were lucky enough to work with Rachel Baran from Schlosser Real Estate. Rachel found our dream property and provided guidance throughout the entire process. It was a difficult transaction due to us living out of state but with Rachel as our realtor it didn’t matter. Rachel was our eyes and ears.   Heidi Magno could not have been more helpful in selling our home. She took the time to analyze our goal, made suggestions, and considered plausible results with us. When we decided to sell, she moved quickly, created a professional sales campaign, personally made sure our home was welcoming to buyers, and helped us understand how to make numerous showings work for our lifestyle. When the offers came in, she helped us weigh the number with the strength of the buyer. In about a month, we had decided to sell, listed the house, and were under contract.
