  Started banking here when I relocated to the east coast. Everyone has been helpful and kind through a number of situations the service has been good. If there is one thing to improve upon is the long drive through lines lately from the lobby closure. Not sure but it seems like some people are doing 30 minute transactions and backing up the lines. My other bank which is also good doesn't have that problem.

  Horrible customer service as far as trying to get a representative to answer a question regarding why they have a hold on my cash deposit I would not recommend this bank to anyone cannot wait to change.

  Machine ate my card and money and will not return card. No help from TD, no help from the support lines. Will be switching banks

  Horrible service, lady on the phone was rude and their ATMs need to be updated like all of the other banks. I will be closing my account here, never again.

  Only use the atm. Usually no line for that any time I go. If you want the drive thru you might have to wait a while.
