  Working with Carlos was a win-win for me! After “window-shopping” for many months, I finally decided to call Carlos to start seriously looking at homes. I convinced myself to stay open-minded and let the process evolve organically. When Carlos asked me the initial questions such as: “What type of home are you looking for?” “What are your must-haves?” “What are your dislikes?” These questions forced me to look at my family dynamics and decide what the best move would be. Well, I must say that Carlos was a huge help to me while making those big decisions. He met my teenage children and asked them similar questions and tailored my home search to their likes as well. This made the virtual home-shopping experience much easier for me! Ultimately, it took us a few weekends to find our dream home and I’ve been very happy with my choice! Although an REO property, Carlos found one that the bank had taken care of with updated appliances, new carpet and newly stained hardwood floors. He even negotiated the upfront costs which decreased my out of pocket to closing. I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge of homes and his negotiating skills. He definitely stood by his promise to me - “I would never sell you a home that I would not purchase for myself!” Overall, I am extremely happy with our new home and would definitely work with Carlos again!

  We are suppose to meet, but he didn't answer his phone or even called me back. Making me waste my 2 hours just driving back to meet him , which he he never showed up or answer his phone.
