      Had a loan with them, they immediately transferred the loan to another company. That is fine. However, they FAILED to close out the loan though. I called them multiple times to get this resolved, yet they kept sending me bills even though another institution held my loan. It appeared they finally figured out how to use their own system and close it out. But then months later I see a 40 point hit to my credit report. I am now having to call these bozos again to resolve a new issue. 10/10 would never allow a loan to go through these clowns again.

      I am 8-1/2 months into a refinance process with Cardinal Financial which stalled 3 months ago. Over this last 3 months I have checked the Cardinal/Octane website bi-weekly which has not changed from "All set, nothing more to do" and have sent emails requesting updates on the progress with no replies until now. After 8-1/2 months with two hard inquiries on my credit report, provided ALL documents requested to their satisfaction I am now told to continue we have to restart the process including rechecking my credit and the painstaking process of resubmitting many documents again. I started this process as a recommendation from Credit Karma based on my EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE and current mortgage rate. Their is nothing fair to consumers with excellent credit to have Cardinal Financial drop the ball and not complete the process and act like it is the applicants fault.. Charles Sims

      I am more than four (4) months into a house refinance from a 30 year to a 15 year. I have been prompt in supplying info to Cardinal throughout the process, sometimes multiple times for the same information due to delays on their side. My credit rating is great, the appraisal came in where it needed to, and no schedule extensions have been requested by me. Cardinal has no urgency to push through the closing as I am yet to have an official closing date. Don't waste your time here. It's not worth the hassle.

      The best Kim is the most dedicated, compassioned, and committed person, also patience I have never meet when process a mortgage. We got the process done in less than 30 days. It was a challenge but she make it happen. Once again Kim thank you so much I almost forgot that Josh help us too at the end of the process, he expedited documents submissions in less then 24 hrs.

      Worst mortgage company in the world!! If you can steer away, DO SO! We have been trying to work our situation for over 8 months and they keep giving the wrong information; their multiple departments do not talk to each other and their financial analyst can’t do simple math

      I actually called another company but didn't like how I was treated but when I called Brad, he was attentive from the every beginning. He explained all my options that were available to me and continuously made contact with me through the whole process. Misty was great and keeping me up with everything I needed to submit. Everyone at Cardinal was exceptional.

      Terrible and horrible experience. I applied to refinance my home mortgage loan in September, 2020 and it is still going after 4 months. I signed 9 times on closing disclosure and provided multiple times the same documents such as bank statements. They lied to me multiple time. They said my loan is approved but they still asked me to provide my bank statement and mortgage statement. They scheduled my closing two times and each time I received a call 2 minutes before the appointment time that my closing is cancelled because the lender could not provide provide the contract. If you think that there might be a single delay or lack of documentations from me, that is not correct. The only answer they had that they are overwhelmed. If anyone reads this, I suggest go and find a reliable and professional financial company and do not repeat what I did. There is no negative star to select, so I had to select the 1 start which they do not deserve it.
