  Great staff who walks you through the loan process step by step!   Michele and her team were an immense help assisting us in the process of securing a loan for our move from VA to NC. The difference in the process of buying a home and securing a loan is vastly different between the states. Michele worked very closely with our agent so any questions we had were quickly answered...excellent lines of communication! We worked closely with Michele’s team and they were awesome at providing support as we worked through the application and approval process. ALL were extremely responsive, professional, and easy to talk/work with....Michele was always available to answer a question..no waiting for hours or days to get a response as with some other businesses. It was very much appreciate! Highly recommend Michele Zelvis and her team—TOP NOTCH!

  They were recommended by a company that my husband and I were considering having a house built with. I reached out to them on a Monday and was told that i would be sent some information by email and the application link. That was never done. I found the site on my own, filled it out and called to let them know. One day later I am told there is nothing he can do wait for his partner. I call the partner who never called me for 4 days (without pulling up my file) tells me that he can't help me I ask some follow up questions about the company's services which he barely answers. He tried to rush me off the phone at this point. I was told prior to calling that even if they were not able to approve us of a loan right away they could atleast let us know what we needed to do in order to be eligible. I have never felt so worthless and beneath a company until now. Since this experience we have gone on to qualify with other companies and done what this company has not even attempted to do. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could give them less than a 1. I just hope they learn to treat everyone with respect and find value in every possible customer.

  When other lenders couldn't look past the absence of a credit history, Neil actually reviewed our financial history and was able to give us a loan. He was very responsive throughout the process. We love our new home!
