  Joma was quick with helping me fix my credit issue. She was very informative, she explained everything in detail about what she was doing , the steps and the process. Joma also made me feel very comfortable to contact her about other financial questions. She gave me very good advice and i really appreciate her taking her time out to help me & get my issue resolved. She and her team went above and beyond to get everything exact. She even contacted me months later to see how everything was and to fix a small error that had occurred during the process. I would definitely recommend her services. Just be timely and provide what they request of you and they’ll deliver the results.

  I'd like to compliment the entire team working with Ms.Joma as well as her assistant Ms.Asia, for the excellent service they both provided me with on this credit rebuilding path was more than I can actually expect. Ms. Joma helped me to sort out my account in such a rapid and timely matter the turnaround process was remarkable. Even with her single handily running her company she still had time and when she was off to a meeting Ms. Asia was to the rescue for any questions or major concerns. I have been beyond pleased with the service I receive at this company. However, Ms. Joma and Ms. Asia professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. This company deserves more than five stars.

  Joma is a complete fraud. Always had an excuse to why she hadn’t completed any of the work she promised. Said she would add Tradelines to my credit to build it up which she never did and we later found out was illegal to do anyway. This company is a scam!

  Before the COVID 19 pandemic, the credit group help me tremendously with getting my credit score above 700. There after I got approve for my mortgage and within less than 30 days I closed on my home. Then come the pandemic and i got in a rough spot and with the help of the credit group, once again I got my credit back in good standard. This company goes above and beyond and making sure that you have no worries at the end. Thank you the credit group team and mostly of all big thanks to Joma!!!

  My fiance and I paid a total $2,200 in full. She did not work diligently on our file at all. After 6 months we hired someone else for half the price who accomplished twice as much in half the time too. Neither of our scores reached the levels she was projecting. Just a bad overall experience.

  Poor and unprofessional submitted several disputes and nothing was removed! I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau! Don't waste your time paying for credit repair when you can fix it yourself. Jamo whatever her name didn't fix zero! All talk no action. You won't get another dime!

  Ms. Robinson, I read your review and I would like to confirm some details with you. You were a client in 10/2018, your contract was for $795 out of which you paid 200 as of 1/2019. We attempted multiple calls before your account was canceled due to lack of payment. We try to ensure we do our due diligence for our clients, we are after all making sure our clients repair their credit. We cannot continue to work unless we’re paid successfully, therefore we cancelled your file. 5 inquiries and 1 collection was removed from your credit report...I think you received more than you even deserve.
