  great store awesome service i was greeted by Ernesto he’s a great employee with lots of knowledge he’s honest and has lots of respect for his customers their shoe selection is plentiful and i love the jewelry selection i highly recommend this pawn shop to all i will be a regular at this store from now on.

  While your associate Dez was assisting me and my sister associate Juanita came out the back room screaming and yelling to associate Dez saying these EXACT words GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF HERE n continued rudely saying since you can’t handle the whole store on your own . I think she could of handle things way different since associate Dez was the only person working hard on the floor helping multiple customers while all the other employees was in the back .Thank you associate Dez for being nice kind and friendly and for knowing how to treat your customer ,even with a rude manager . Employee Juanita should not be working there she is nasty rude and customer will be lost with her type of attitude. If u don’t like your job Quit.
