  Spoke with Phillip at BSCU. I give him 5 stars for excellent knowledge and extraordinarily helpful. Thank you so much Phillip. However, I wish to also compliment all the members of customer service I have spoken with, because without exception they all do an excellent job and are very helpful. The wait times are long. Probably a good first question should always be..."is there a way I can do this online". LOL Most of the time there is. And for sure the service representative will walk you through if necessary. Good work. Robert

  My customer service rep Sheila was amazing. She helped me on two separate days and resolved all my issues. I was in an emergency and she handled my situation with respect, professionalism and most importantly urgency. Thank you for your support.

  My experience with brightstar was pleasurable Mercedes Black help me all the way. She was patient and sweet throughout my frustration. I recommend this bank to all. Great customer service.
