  The Core Training has changed the way I approach the Real Estate business. The systems and structure that my team now has in place as a result of their coaching program has allowed us to serve more clients with a consistent, concierge experience. The Coaches are beyond top notch and deliver consistent and relevant content as we pivot through the constant changes in our industry. The coaching students are an amazing community of professionals that add not only to the culture of the Core, but have become some of my dearest friends and business advisors. I could never have grown exponentially as well as personally without the Core's coaching. They have pushed me to places I could never have imagined in my personal, professional and financial life and I am forever grateful for the accountability that I could have never given myself!

  1. A real coach guides you and tells you how to improve, not only when you beg for help. I lost all respect for the CORE. 2. All the motivation videos Rick Ruby sends about the stock market, etc are ridiculous. I can’t believe he wastes people’s time like this. Especially, all the cheap materials. 3. Don't expect to learn new skills. This is simply a template on how to structure your day (not worth what they charge). 4. Time was passing, and I didn’t feel that they were truly interested in helping. No results, and very financially draining. 5. These scripts provided are really bad. Rick would never post a video of him using the FSBO scripts they have. 6. The video’s are never to the point, and are not clearly organized; all 60-90minutes seminars that could be done shortened to 1 minute. 7. The core is in all reality a typical brokerage which means that the brokerages interests come first. Your personal success is only considered if you beg for it. This is why I shame this company. 8. I would never invest in anything but one on one coaching ever again. 9. You can get better value from being at any real estate brokerage. 10. They are very aggressive to get you to sign up. But not aggressive to help you succeed. (Tony Richard was my coach) 11. I deserved and expected a higher level of coaching that is impactful in a positive way. 12. During the core I had to lose a lot of business and learn through my own painful mistakes. I would prefer to learn from others mistakes, which is why the program can be useless. I don't like it when the coaches can sense what level you are on and purposely withhold information. As a student, I feel disappointed in the coaches for not assessing and helping grow my level. I really feel taken advantage of. This type or dynamic is very frustrating. 13. They fail to take recognition of their downfalls, and wouldn’t let me postpone for 30 days, or reimburse me of my hard earned money, Rick Ruby just ignored me. 14.Would never recommend dealing with the core.   The Core has been around for a very long time and some of their systems are tried and true. However i do believe with the changing factor in mortgage lending and all the tool available to do business more efficiently, the core is significantly lacking. The system feels antiquated and does not keep up with the current pace of technology. With my experience with the core i was paired with a consultant that hadn't been in the business and when i asked question had no idea what i was talking about. The core has a system for their consultants to connect with their clients on certain day sort of like their services. A big reason why i initially joined the Core was to have accountability. I was suppose to have calls every 2 week on Mondays. During my time with the core, there were some Mondays that fell on national holidays, and my consultant wouldn't update me, call or say anything. They would just wait until the next appointment. i just got frustrating.

We will make certain that all Sales Trainers follow proper protocol for rescheduling any calls due to holidays or other unforeseen events. In terms of our business, we believe that focusing on the basics with accountability helps eliminate the day to day distractions to keep you laser- focused on what is truly important for your business. As you mentioned, we have been around a long time with proven methods, but our clients will only be successful when the effort is put forth for the duration of the program and its value will not be apparent in just a couple of months. We highly encourage our clients to reach out to us if and when there are struggles from the onset, so that they can get the most out of our program. While we offer three levels of coaching, our Level 1 coaching is our most entry level program and offers 4 things: a plan, accountability, sense of community through group coaching and competition. With your signed 12-month commitment, you get assigned a Sales Trainer that serves as your accountability partner. The Sales Trainer is there to guide you through the instructional audios and videos in that program that are recorded by our coaches, who are actual licensed mortgage or real estate professionals who are active in the business. Our higher coaching tiers, levels 2 and 3 (must attend a Summit event and meet income qualifications), offer greater accountability and are exclusively taught by our licensed, top producing mortgage and real estate coaches. Lastly, can our technology get better? Absolutely! We have quite a few projects that are currently in the works to add even more value to our clients.   The Core is outstanding. They have helped me build a team with systems and procedures in place to offer an extremely high level of service to my clients. They've helped me realize the importance of leadership and investing in my team members. I love going to the summits and being surrounded by a group or realtors and lenders that are better than me in every way. They push me to be my best and they set an example of people who live full lives yet still make time for their families.   We have been working with the CORE Training for less than one year now but we are loving it. It has taken some time to reorganize our business and structure to be in line with what the CORE teaches because our systems were broken before.   After over 23-years of doing loans, I had lost my motivation and direction. For the past 2-years, I've been trying everything I know to get it back - including coaching. I can say with no exaggeration, that it was absolutely one of the most impactful and significant events of not only my professional life, but of my personal life as well.   Amazing experience! I decided to attend The Summit at the last minute and they scrambled to get me in. I expected a lot of ego in a room full of competitive, high-achievers, but I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only did the employees of The Core make me feel right at home right away, every person I talked to (who were already in coaching) were just as warm and friendly. Everyone was curious about me and my business and eager to share and help. In the opening session on the first day, I had enough information to take back home and work on for a year! I got more value in the first 2 hours than the money I spent on attendance, airfare, and hotel costs. I signed up immediately for coaching and I'm thrilled that I got accepted into Level 2! Every single person at the home office has treated me like gold in every interaction. In the first hour of the Summit, I knew I was "Home".
