  Pam was recommended by my financial advisor. This was my first mortgage in 30 years and I needed a lot of advice and hand holding. Pam was a soft sell, not pushy like some of her competitors. Her willingness and patience, as well as attention to detail won me over. A day before closing, the seller wasn't cooperating and it looked as though we wouldn't close on time. Pam handled the situation and we closed on time! I would highly recommend Pam to anyone needing a mortgage.

  When I came to Pam, I had to get a pre-approval letter in with my offer the same day. I had been working with a different lender, and they were unresponsive to phone calls and emails. Pam on the other hand, was awesome and was able to get me that letter within a couple of hours with a competitive rate. Needless to say, I went with Pam and never regretted it. She was patient, always ready to answer questions, and made the entire process so smooth. It was by far the best experience I have had with a lender, and definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to finance a mortgage.

  Summit Funding took what could be an intimidating experience for someone whose never applied for a mortgage on his/her own and made it seem so easy!   Pam and her team are amazing! Purchasinag a home can be so stressfull, I really did not thought it was going to happpen at this exact point in my life but Pam and her team guided me through the whole process, solving the issues we encountered, explaining me the process (in simple words), answering my multiple e mails till they finally made it happen for me, they did not only made it happen but made it such a pleasant, stress free process!   I came to her with very poor credit and having no luck with getting help from other lenders. She worked with me talked me through some ways of getting my credit up and waited for probably 6 months while I got my credit where it needed to be. She got me approved in a timely fashion and even met me at my work over an hour from her. She made the whole process super easy and relaxing which was exactly what I needed as a first time home buyer. I would recommend her to anyone and will use her when I upgrade in the future.
