  This agency came through for me in a dire emergency when my last policy was dropped unbeknownst to me!.. Kim Strayer is always pleasant and patient with my million questions. I recently had storm damage and need to submit a claim; my anxiety was through the roof . I spoke with her today just to check on my policy, she was patient and informative.. As always.. I'm still a new and somewhat young homeowner (lol) and Kim's support is most appreciated. After speaking with Kim, I feel much more at ease; I'm in good hands Thanks Kim!;

  Working with John for several years ... fantastic experience. Always responsive, professional and proactive.... he proactively looks for policies that better meet our contract requirements, protect us and are cost effective. He is knowledgeable and clearly answers technical questions in easily comprehensible language. We use him for all our insurance needs from owner life to cyber. HIGHLY recommend John.
