      I have used this bank for over a decade, and I am still dissatisfied with their service. I find the staff at this branch to be lazy, apathetic, and unprofessional. As a result I have decided to use a new bank. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with sfcu, and it is not a fit for me

      Fantastic service. They treated us like family when my mom passed away. They have also been outstanding when I got a car loan, home equity loan and refinanced. How can anyone not give them a great review. Crazy

      This credit union has serious discrimination issues against Chinese . Run run to another institution that deserves your business. They can sing and dance and say it is not true but I am no idiot I seen the trick they pulled and it's not right . 0 stars

      Customer disservice is more accurate. Laurie was condencendent quick to make sure that I made a mistake. I am done with lousy attitudes from this credit union.THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES
