  Tellers are good, but not the "bankers" . Went to this branch this morning to open an account. There were a lady and guy "banker" there. Waiting there for 20 mins, neither one came over to help us, as if they didn't give a shi*t to their job.

  What a disgrace of a bank. I walked in with a mask. I was waiting to see account representative, they were 2 people ahead of me and they had only 2 chairs to sit and they were occupied. I was standing and waiting. Female chase representative came over and asked what I was waiting for? I explained her that I need to open a checking account, she said that I need to make appointment for that and took my name and phone number, i made sure she wrote my number correctly. she said we will call you for an appointment. It's been 4 days as of 9/16/2021 still nobody called for an appointment. That's how Chase bank makes business? Shame. Terrible customer service. Their corporate office should read those reviews.

  We were looking at changing our main bank after moving, had pretty much decided Chase looked right, had to come in to add a joint account. The guy was so inept, so blind to covid precautions, so slow that he made us Capital One customers that day! Awful branch, terrible staff, antiquated AF!

  Always been great! Setup my account at this location a few years ago. Chase has always been great and this location is also very helpful. They even personally called me when they reopened after the corona virus shutdown.

  Very poor service. When calling this branch, no one ever answers the phone. I have put in multiple complaints.. it's really a disgrace.

  Terrible experience. Been to this branch twice now and had the same thing happen both times. They seem to only have 2 people on staff at any given time. We had to wait over an hour both times to meet with someone. Terrible way to do business.

  They’re never very friendly. They all seem like they don’t want to be there. It’s a generic chain bank that does the job but don’t expect any personal touch.
