  Wonderful experience! Initially I was working with Regions Bank for over a month and they told me 18 days before my closing date that I didn't qualify for a mortgage and the broker didn't seemed very concerned or interested in helping. In steps Silverton. They worked fast, worked hard and I closed on my original closing date! They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. I almost lost the house because of Regions negligence, but Chuck Walden, Pyper and his whole group not only got me to closing in 16 days, I ended up with better terms and a lower mortgage payment! No money down and no PMI!!!! Regions has nothing like that for the average person. Don't waste your time with banks. Go with Silverton if you want clarity, efficiency and mortgage professionals who care about helping you get into the home of your dreams.
