  I sat in line at your Lawrenceville Georgia branch for about 30 minutes. Opening time came and went, and no one answered repeated calls from the drive through. Your polite recording said that you were closed for the holiday. WHAT HOLIDAY?? There is no holiday listed on your website for 23 October 2021! I don't appreciate this waste of my time. If you're going to be closed, let your customers know, please!!!

We have an announcement posted on the homepage of our website under News and Announcements about all branches being closed today for off-site staff development. We will reopen for regular hours on Monday, October 25th. Until then, you can access your accounts online and with our mobile banking app. Again we apologize for the inconvenience today.

  I've never had a problem with them. And there website is easy to use., you just need to go to the full website to do things the mobile site don't let you do like printing a statement. They have very good é interest rates even on there credits cards

  Something has definitely changed at my favorite Credit Union....why is it so hard to find a phone number to call for help? Why is the website so hard to navigate? There are many links that work poorly, glitches that send you back to where you came from or go nowhere. Hire people to work the phones please.

  I have been a member since 2008. Great customer service asked for a personal loan to consolidate all my credit cards, wasnt approved, I was disappointed since I've been a member so long, I thought they would take that into consideration, but I was wrong. Also I opened a new account, I had to wait 10 days and I deposited money orders, which is like cash and I haven't recieved a card yet and I cant pay my caterer who's been waiting for two weeks and there is no after hour customer care, which in this day and time it should be, my opinion.

  I do not like being forced to have a saving account nor do I like sharing accounts which i never asked for and was charge fees. I rather it be my choice to have an savin g if wanted a saving which i do not want any saving account tyet this union forces you to have what you dont want is not fair to customers to be chagre extra fees ..

  I think it is unfortunate that a so called credit union does not allow you to access all your past statements online and then when you walk into the bank they want to charge you $5 per month for YOUR bank statements which they prevented you from accessing online. Even if you were going to charge for a service $5 for sheets of paper not worth the amount is exactly what it is. A rip off! Disappointed.

  The mobile website and app are a complete joke. Impossible to use with many glitches and bugs and broken links. Very frustrating. Also if it's after 5pm and you have an emergency it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Customer no service. Been a member for over 15 years and bought cars through them but not much longer. The switch to peachstate from Gwinnett federal killed the credit union.

  Great credit union with fantastic courteous service everytime. You can get your house, car, personal, and business loans under 1 roof with great interest rates while knowing your money is secured.

  TERRIBLE corporate customer service as of recent - Ive been a member here for over 15 years and I'm still a little in shock about how I was treated on the phone today by a woman named Jillian when calling corporate. Used to love this bank but I would stay away!
