  Working with Kim was a breeze. She is such a professional in every sense of the word. She is very knowledgeable and has patience to explain everything that you want to know or don’t know about. She provides great service and will search and find the right mortgage for you and your budget. Also I never got the impression she was trying to push a certain loan on you, but would always give you all the option that are available to you so you can make a sound and clear decision on one of the biggest purchases in your life.   Worst experience working with Gary Welch from Capital city home loan. Instead of helping customers, they just do everything in power to make more money. I was working with Gary for locking rate for closing of my home. He kept delaying it saying he cant lock until builder gives date. I even asked him to lock the rate in advance 6 months which he refused to do. There were so many lenders who were giving options to lock the rate well ahead in advance. I lost so much just because my rate lock was delayed by Capital city. At the end i had to switch with another lender who was so helpful. Working with Capital city home was highly unprofessional and i Will never recommend them to anyone in future.

  If I have to purchase a future house, Capital City Home Loans is where I'll go to get a mortgage. From the online application to the regular emails helping along the way, the experience was very professional. I felt safe uploading sensitive documents through the secure portal and never felt surprised with last minute requests. We closed on the house in a matter of weeks. It was awesome!

  This was one of the smoothest quickest closings I have had. Kim Mitchell was excellent as always at communication and getting the contract to her processor quickly. We were clear to close in 7 business days and were able to move the closing up a week sooner. Kim attended the closing to make sure that funding was received. She knows the ins and outs of the business and makes sure that everything is explained clearly to her buyers so they know what to expect. Couldn't have been happier for my clients.
