  As a first time homebuyer last year, I cannot express my appreciation enough for Aaron and his team who were extremely professional, responsive, and patient with the multitude of questions that I had regarding the process. Aaron was very helpful in explaining the technical and financial aspects of the transaction, and his team were also excellent in their communication and updating me on the progress of each milestone of the closing. New Way Mortgage also reached out to me recently to provide me with an opportunity to refinance as they thought that I may benefit from it. After some research and another round of questioning to Aaron, I felt comfortable going forward with the refinance and am so glad that I did. Aaron and his team are very knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and, above all, do their jobs with integrity and honesty. Thank you, all, for getting me into my first house, and now with lower payments! :)

  Aaron at New Way mortgage did a great job. Had lots of hurdles like bankruptcy with a home included in bankruptcy. He worked through our paperwork and was able to give us a lot of good information and in the end we were able to get approved and closed on a home.

  From beginning of process to the end staff work together extremely well to put my loan package together. Even when I had to extend the closing date New Way mortgage worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

  The New Way team got it done when others couldn't, at a great rate and low costs. Aaron clearly knows the ins and outs of the business and where to go with each loan for the best offers and outcomes, which beats working with whoever picks up the phone or my lead at some big box bank. They proved to me you can shop local and get personalized service while matching or beating big names out there.

  New Way Mortgage offered us a very competitive rate for our first home. They were able to beat our builder’s preferred lender in both the rate and closing costs. All the members of the team were very responsive and made the process very easy for a first time home buyer. I honestly have no complaints and was highly satisfied with the whole process!

  This was my very first time to refinance. Aaron and his team made it a very good experience. Everything went smooth, from the very first online meeting I had with Aaron all the way to when I was signing papers. Sarah and Mara were great on keeping me updated with everything day by day.   This is my 3rd time to refinance since i purchased our new build home in 2019, and im very glad to have done it this time with Aaron and his team- New Way Mortgage. Since i purchased our home, up to the 2 refis, i have dealt with only one loan officer/broker,and he is based in Socal. He brands himself “ best in the the business”. He was good UNTIL i told him i was trying to get a quote from a local “guy” whom ive seen in Youtube😶. Wrong move on my part🤭Needless to say, after that, he threw me some hurtful emails, i decided to not continue with his services. Enter Aaron and his very efficient crew. Heaven sent!!! I love the fact that i was able to visualize Aaron in youtube ( many times) before i even got to talk to him. Im not a fan of over the phone transactions, and it really helped me to see and listen to Aaron first, as he answered questions from other youtube viewers- i was able to get an idea of how “he operates”😉He explains things clearly, both verbally and in written form. I requested for quotes from 4 other companies and New Way was able to get the best rates for me… which is why WE, as homeowners, are in a saerch for the “ best deal” right?! They did the refi whole process so smoothly. I am also thankful particularly to sarah who was very responsive to all my emails👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I am glad i was able to get Aaron and the rest of New way Mortgage to help me out. To anyone who ends up reading this review, i highly recommend that you check them out. I am pretty sure they will be of valuable service to you as they were to me.

  I am in the process of Refi'ing my home through New Way Mortgage and I am so impressed with there quality of service, low rate and there responsiveness. I never write reviews, but the service was so excellent I am taking my time to write this review. I highly highly recommend using New Way Mortgage.
