  We went to the Castle for a couple different reasons. I wanted to have my engagement ring sized which was bought in a different store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door the sales person Amy was so sweet and nice she took my ring and took it straight to the jeweler. It couldn’t be sized to fit me because my ring size is so small we were given many different options. Amy and the owner Phil worked with me and never left my side and I was in the store for hours. I came home with a beautiful ring that was sized while we worked on my second reason for being there. My son wanted to use one of my rings to give to his girlfriend on New Year’s Day. We took it to the Castle to have the diamond set on a new band. Phil and Amy stayed while I went through several books and bands that would fit my marquee diamond. They took care of every detail. The band was picked out and I was called through every step of the process. Phil called me every couple of days to let me know what was going on and during the busiest time of the year was able to get the ring to us so my son could surprise his girlfriend on New Year’s Day. If it would let me post a picture I would show how beautiful the ring turned out and how happy everyone was. Phil and Amy and everyone at the Castle delivered such great customer service and has definitely earned a repeat customer. Thank you all for making me and my family feel so special and appreciated.

  Went in a Prong set round Emerald 18K, ladies rings which weighs 2.2 grams to sell. Bought it from an auction and haven’t had any luck selling it. 18K was and still is worth $41.44 per gram. It also helps that my girlfriend worked at store 5 for 4+ years. Expecting them to offer at the very least what the gold was worth, not even counting the genuine Emeralds- they did not. It’s called profiling and lowballing. Instead of offering $90 they offered $30-$35. What an insult.

  Went there looking for a certain kind of earrings and the woman that waited on us was not nice. She wouldn't even look at the rings I took to trade in. We left then went back a couple of days later and thankfully we had another lady wait on us. I bought 2 rings that day. But that's the last thing I will ever buy. The Castle lost one very good customer.

  well all I can say is this place and the people that work here are awesome I been dealing with these guys for a few years now and they treat me like family good people and very respectful I recommend this business to any one looking for something nice u treat them with respect and they will do the same get rude or nasty they will show u the door good people work at this place show respect and it will be returned 🙂

  I have bought a few things from castle arms in the past. The last purchase they sent me email for fire arm parts. When I clicked on the add to purchase, the price was way hire in cart then in my email. When I called, they did fixed it. Recently bought mos handgun that was advertised to have a $400+ red dot with it. Did not say anywhere "optic not inclided". When I got the firearm there was no optic. When I called to ask about the optic and ask about false advertisements, they said I could return and pay 15% restocking fee which was $100+. When I asked to talk to manager, the manager said it was Glocks fault because they sent them that picture to post with it. He also said that the description said optic ready, not that it had a optic. Over all very disappointed and will not use castle arms again.

  My husband got me a ring for my birthday and we had to get resized which was free if you spent a certain amount. After the resized one of the halo diamonds fell out after 10 mins of wearing it so I had to drop it back off and when I picked it up again it was a much inferior quality diamond than the rest of the ring and even with the naked eye I could tell. Better to go somewhere else for repair/resize work. Update: I also had a levian piece brought in to them at the same time to replace a diamond on the halo that had fallen out. They overcharged me. I just dropped off to another jeweler to check and tighten up the setting and was told they put in a dirt diamond that doesn't even sparkle. This replacement is substantially cheaper than what I was charged by the castle. I specifically told them I want the same quality as what I had in the setting. Complete trash. Definitely go somewhere else for your jewelry needs.

  The sign says Highest prices paid for gold. Think 15% of spot. And, make no mistake, this place is a wholesaler. Never again will I darken this door. Plenty of other places worth your dime in Lex.

  First of all. My grandma always told me " it is not what you say but how you say it" Especially when it comes to your customers. The experience today with one of the employees was very unpleasant. She was impolite and a little rude. I don't like being cut off when I am speaking.

  If you are looking for high end with out the giant price see Phyl at the New Circle Lexington store. Two Rolex watches makes me a repeat customer. Tell them Doc sent you in.
