  The manager "bald head with tattoos" said "case xx knives aren't worth a penny". Even though it's 1 of 25 special editions made. The store on New Circle Rd in Lexington. Poor customer service and poor treatment. Apparently Dan doesn't care!!! And it definitely shows in his stores!!! Went to pawn shop down the street, got $125.00 for my knife...

  Stood waiting at counter for over 15 minutes, then asked if we were gonna be waited on. A clerk stood there looking at us, told us she was clocking out, and someone would help when they got around to us. I guess we weren't the right "color", because they were helping people of "color" ahead of us who had come in 10-15 minutes after us ??!! Then the "manager" came over and told us he couldn't help us ??!! I've never had customer service like that before !! They never apologized for us standing there 20 minutes and being told "sorry" we can't help you !!

  I've been standing in line for 2 hours now. The clerk's are rude and not in much of a hurry to help the next customer in line. It's sad because I've suggested people here and never had a bad experience until today. Don't go to Dan's on a Sunday ever!!!

  They sell guns & guitars the same price they are brand new if not more I try to sell them a guitar it was an SG pro 400 Epiphone they offer me $100 for it I laughed in their face because they said they could only sell it for $150 that is a lie because I bought two of them in the past from Dan's in Winchester and they charged me $375 for each guitar

  Dan's is much better now, than they used to be!!, And it's all because of the manager and Dustin Duvall working their! They are awesome! And they are the only 2 I will work with!!

  We have the best prices in town stocked shelves with lots of jewelry game systems laptops tablets and plenty more just come see us and ask for Dustin

  Apparently, they only buy used and abused tools. Before you sale your nice tools there, throw them in the mudd. They might think you stole your tool if you take care of them. Lol

  Couldn't get waited on. Waited for over 10 minutes but the guys behind the counter were more interested in talking with each other while the two ladies working, were working with customers.
