  Seems as though this place is getting worse as each day goes by. Got a late fee notice in the mail on my mortgage payment that wasn't late! They are levying a late fee on my mortgage payment for January! Tried talking to the customer service department, and the guy I talked to should find himself another line of work. I tried explaining to him what was going on, and he kept telling me that they didn't receive my December payment until such and such date. WRONG ANSWER!!! This isn't the first time we've had issues with payments on our mortgage with this place, but it's going to stop. We didn't choose Members Heritage to begin with, it bought out the credit union we originated our loan with. I was told that "it would be looked into", but I highly doubt anything will be done. Their system is faulty, or the people working here are, because it sounds like one hand doesn't know what the other one is doing, and that one doesn't seem to care to begin with.

  Been a loyal member for 20+ years. I've never encountered any issues that wasn't resolved in a timely /professional manner. Across the board, there has been a shift in staff. However, this comes with the territory.

  Payed a car loan off and requested my receipts for it. Was given attitude for no reason and continuous issues of owning a balance that doesn't exist. Sayed their system had been down but yet left a voicemail about an unsettled account. Im big on proof and paperwork. I keep mine on hand becaus of horrible experience with them. Had my car not been financed through them from the dealership, Never really banked with them and paying my car payment off somehow made them feel the need to keep trying to scheme even after proof. These folks are conning and work at a slow pace over the simplest requests like giving proof of receipts. Recieved attitude and they attempted to refuse me my paper work copies which made no since at all. I did not leave without them and over payed on my loan even now they have not released my car lien. They've had ages to do so. It's always something!tremendously!!Hmmmmm??? Avoid at all cost other than to make sure their not creating default accounts under your name to keep you paying on things that should be closed and nom existent. Best thing I ever did was keep receipts even though they still have accounts popping up way after the fact. It's annoying when the request to close them are not followed. They will create a debt that isnt pwed even if it is a few dollars at a time. Take it to court and don't play their games at all when dealing with these people.

  Been a member for 30+ years. I don't intend to leave anytime soon. It's a one stop shop for all of my banking needs.

  Waiting into 30 minutes + currently standing here for a simple lien release. A piece of paper signed. A complete joke of a company, this is a 5 minute process at any credit union. Simple piece of paper signed. Complete and utter lack of management and efficiency. Avoid this place for loans, period. Will I stand here an hour or more let's see.

  We are so sorry to hear of your wait today for your lien release. I have discussed this with management at that particular branch. Unfortunately, the employees that deal with lien releases on a day-to-day basis were out of the office. The person that handled this for you was making sure they had done everything accurately for you the first time so that you would not have to make a repeat trip to the credit union. Again, we apologize for your wait time.

  Wonderful staff with a personal touch! I've been banking at MHFCU for many years and have never had a bad experience. I recently did some wire transfer business and Members Heritage made the experience easy peasy. I would highly recommend mhfcu for any of your banking needs.
