  Direct Mortgage Loans made my home buying experience a complete nightmare. Michelle Blakeney is as incompetent as they get. She never knew the answers to my questions and would not get back with me with the answers in a timely manner. In fact, my payments ended up being $200 more per month due to her lack of responsiveness and not locking in the original interest rate. Further, the seller and I had to push out the closing date twice due to Direct Mortgage Loans moving so slowly and we STILL did not close on time!

  Working with Camille and her team was wonderful! She was with us every step of the way, available to answer questions and sharing helpful advice to help things go smoothly. When our closing date suddenly moved up she worked extra hard to make sure we could close on time. She got us a great rate and her service will continue even if/after our mortgage good to another company. That is unheard of customer service these days! Thanks Camille!!

Everyone that I dealt with answered any and all questions I had about the loan process, and they were extremely responsive and available any time a need arose.   Early in the process, Camille asked for additional information.We had access to a FAX machine on Sunday so my husband sent her the information, expecting her to see it on the next business day. Along with the information he asked about the morgage rate so he could compair it with our bank's. She opened the email on Sunday and responded by chewing him out for taking time away from her family. She proceeded to inform him that she wasn't interested in working with us if we were shopping for interest rates. BAD way to get started, followed by more stress throughout the process. In the end, we could not close on the date we were given. That created more stress. After we finally closed, Direct Morgage sent my husband a form to RATE our experience. He gave her an over all rating of 2. The next day he received a very defensive email with a tone of anger. Never again will we use her services. Needless to say we do NOT recommend her. However, we DID get a good interest rate but we paid for it with stress and a bad attitude. It was uncalled for and unprofessional.

  Horrible experience!! She couldn't get anything done for me and my fiance. The lender we're with now has already got us what we needed in 3 hours! She couldn't get anything done in a WHOLE WEEK!
