  The service department here has extremely poor customer service. When I came for my correct appointment time (after being rescheduled two or three times already) they tried telling me I didn’t even have an appointment and tried blaming me for their mistakes. Then they said they could do one of the recalls on my vehicle in 15 minutes so I decided to wait to at least get part of everything done. Forty minutes later they hadn’t even moved my car so I ultimately decided to leave.

  Bad business. Price gouging vehicles with upcharges on vehicles. "market price increase" I offered MSRP, they declined AND tried to sell me lo jack and other odd options, that I've never heard of. I'm a car car and this place one to avoid. Beware!

  The radio in my 2018 Outback was doing weird things, scanning w/o pushing button and would not stop, beeping, and a few other things. I was told that it needed a manufacturer's update and it cost me $100 with an extended warranty. Not happy to have to pay for a manufacturer's update, which he compared it to a phone... I have never paid to update my phone, computer, etc. Then I get about a mile down the road, radio still having same problem. Also overheard a "technician" tell a female customer that she probably needed new brakes. She said that she just had new brakes installed.... oops, it might be something else. Beware!!!

  I don't give a 5 star review lightly but this place is 5 star sales. Cameron in sales is top notch. Even a year after the sale of my vehicle he still remembers who I am! How is that possible? The way they give you free oil changes for life is absolutely incredible too. You just can't beat this place.
