  Josh did a great job getting us the loan on our first house. He was extremely easy to talk to, and always kept us informed. No question is a crazy question to him, and he takes time to explain everything in detail, so you understand what's going on. He works hard to get you a great deal, and payment you can afford. I highly recommend Josh! He makes the stress of buying a house so much easier!

  Josh Aaron is a phenomenal mortgage lender. He helped my husband and I with countless properties spanning 3 years (yes, years!) Of house hunting. I recommend Josh to every home buyer. He was so patient and knowledgeable about the different loan types and was so helpful with our hours and hours of searching. Once we finally found a house and got an offer accepted, he was there every step of the way until closing. Josh made the mortgage process so easy for us with weekly to-dos, always keeping us updated throughout the process and we are so thankful! As a matter of the fact, he is the only one that returned our calls on the same day. And he has always called us back in a timely manner (I can not say the same with our previous experiences with other companies).
