  Dennis was amazing to work with when selling our home. We got an offer in less than two weeks and even though the buyer had to delay closing, Dennis kept us totally informed and handled all of the details. He even handled closing for us!   Dennis and his staff made buying my home a stress free experience. Dennis is a seasoned professional that provides guidance throughout the entire process. Dennis is also networked with many other professionals which made the process even easier. I looked into some of these other items I needed done just to get an idea of costs and actually wound up just following Dennis' guidance because everyone he recommended was at or better than the fees I found on my own. Dennis is the kind of person that is not happy until you are happy and for that I am very grateful that we chose Dennis to handle the purchase of our new home....so grateful that we will have Dennis sell the house we are moving from.
