  Yury was AMAZING!! Honest, professional and truly an expert in the mortgage field. He took the time to explain different refinance options, patiently answered all of my questions and stayed in contact during each step of our refinance. He and his team took the time to really understand my overall goals and priorities and worked relentlessly to find the product that best met them.   I am thrilled we used the services of Yury Shraybman at Innovative Mortgage Brokers for our home refinance! The process for starting the loan application was simple, and he was extremely responsive in answering questions and getting us through the system. The closing was held in record time (for me, anyway): just over 3 weeks from application! Innovative Mortgage Brokers asked systematically for financial documents, which I was able to provide right away, which may have helped speed the process. One issue (not IMB's fault) was the need for additional documentation from the lender, which was clearly overkill, but that was about the lender's requirements, not the service from Yuri's team. I would absolutely recommend!
