  Horrible service I blocked my appointment 2 weeks before I was there in time and they was saying you have to wait because, we have walking people first. and the chinese ladie was rude she wasn't even trying to help.bad customer service

  Takes 30+ mins in line no matter what. Perpetually understaffed. Can’t get basic stuff like quarters in supply. A mess mostly.

  THE Worst bank out there , they charged me monthly fees for 2 months twice and when asked why they said to maintain an account which is ridiculous, asked the customer care to remove that since I wasnt aware, stay away got to a bank how value you and your money and not charge stupid fees, banking is free you should not be charged to give your money to any institution

  Nice new bank on Cottman Avenue full service ATM investment counselor teller service and free parking. I was treated very nice on my first visit.

  I waited an hour to be serviced. Only to be rushed and not given proper services. The agent did not take the time to break down information. Due to it being 5'ockle he ended our session. I have never experienced such poor customer service. He proceeded to breakdown and tell me he doesnt have the time, he needs to get home to his 18 month year old. Then said his friends are getting a divorce this why he is upset and that he is sorry. Truly astonished. Im not sure why he felt this was okay.
