  My son recently graduated college and was looking to buy a home closer to his new job. The Brian Fraser Team has closed two home loans for my family in the past so I reached out to Jenna Tolman for our home loan needs again. Jenna advised that my son's years in college could be factored into the loan decision to help him qualify for a home loan. My son was quickly pre-qualified online and we were presented with clear and concise loan options through an online platform that organized the loan information into a neat and simple package. Historically low inventory of homes for sale in our community in Southern California presented a great challenge for us due to the number of buyers competing for a small amount of homes on the market in our price range. This challenge required us to act quickly on new properties as they hit the market. Jenna's professionalism, knowledge, availability, and quick response time was instrumental in getting an offer accepted. Once our offer was accepted the Brian Fraser team was efficient and knowledgeable as we went through the escrow process. We closed escrow in great time and got the keys to my son's new home. From start to finish it took three months to look for and buy my son's home, that is incredible in this housing market! I consider Jenna and the Brian Fraser team a valued strategic home lending partner because they're extremely good at what they do and are able to react quicker than larger lenders and in this competitive real estate market that edge equals results.

  Brian and his entire team are an amazing group of people, and are always so easy to work with. My husband and I used them when we bought our first home 4 years ago, and just recently when we refinanced. Both times we worked with with them they always made sure to answer our questions in a timely manner, even if it was on the weekend or late in the evening. Never once did we feel confused or that we weren't getting the best deal. You can really tell they have your best interest at heart. We have been so happy with their services that they are the only one we recommend to our family and friends. Thank you again Brian Fraser Team! You guys rock!!

  Brian and his team, helped my husband and I to refinance our Mortgage to Conventional. The process was seamless. He provided open communication and answered any questions that we had along the way. We trust Brian which is why we have been with him since we first purchased our home. I highly recommend Brian and his Team.

  I was referred to Brian by my sister after her rave reviews and I was not disappointed! As a 1st time home buyer I literally had no idea what to expect. Brian makes you feel very comfortable with the whole process and always takes the extra time to explain anything that doesn't make sense at 1st. The level of communication was way above and beyond. All emails responded to within 12 hours or less and half the time he was doing things that were the job of the agents or escrow company just to get this thing closed for us! I Seriously can't say enough great things about Brian and his team and there is nowhere else I will go for any future financing needs! A++++++++++++++++ Note that we did not close on time but that had NOTHING to do with Brian and his team. The sellers were a complete nightmare through the whole process!

  The Brian Fraser team is Wonderful! This is our second experience with Greenpath. Our experience was smooth, professional, and completed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and great service was provided. Greenpath is the only path to go for mortgage needs. We will definitely refer to our family and friends.

  What can I say about this team more like a family, after the tragedy that there family suffered Jenna really stepped in and took over, guiding me and my wife helping us in every way possible. They were always a phone call away and always had an answer for us. Locking us in at a great rate and even though the VA loan can be a headache at times they made it seem like a walk in the park. Highly recommend them to anyone
