  I don't normally leave reviews for things, but I had to make an exception for Bruce Edgell and Blake Wilson. My husband and I used our VA loan to purchase our first home and It could not have gone more smoothly! Bruce Edgell and Blake Wilson were able to get us a 100% financed 30 year VA loan with a 2.25% interest rate! Not to mention, as first time buyers, they held our hand every step of the way, making sure we understood every piece that went along with this usually complicated process. Bruce Edgell, Blake Wilson, and Secure One Capital have earned themselves a client for life if ever the need to purchase again or refinance in the future. I have already sent my parents their way!

  Great experience with my refinance. Mr. Andy Gonzales was awesome. He was there for the entire process, answered all our questions and responded to our emails, texts and phone call in a very timely manner even though he was out in California and we were in Texas.   I was pleasantly surprised. As with anything like this, you go in skeptical - how much is fact, how good will the service be, and even a hint of 'is this really a scam'? Rick Albrecht and his team were awesome. They were SO easy to work with. They proactively kept me informed every step along the way (I never needed to follow). Rick was thorough, transparent, proactive, and to me felt genuine - I never felt he was selling me on something. After all was done, I got exactly what he said was going to be done. I cant think of a better combination.

  11/29/19 To Whom It May Concern: After receiving a letter in the mail from Austin Beck, of Secure One Capital Corporation, I implemented an investigative call regarding the possibility of a refinance for our home. I was greeted with an extremely pleasant & energetic call. Austin very patiently listened to my husband’s & my situation, which is not optimal based on debt to income parameters, but very good regarding Credit Scores. Austin was able to provide the best advice I could ever ask for, versus other companies being very judgmental regarding our dilemma. You see, my husband was struck with a serious disability in the last two years. This has caused us to incur a lot of debt to accommodate his needs and remodel our home to make it safe. Through Austin’s kindness, knowledge, professionalism, diligence and hard work, he was able to work out an extraordinary refinance for Russell and I. His has been a gift to us.   Just closed on a Refi with Austin at Secure One Capital on Jan 22nd and it was smooth sailing. Austin was very attentive, knowledgeble and in constant contact for what was needed from me. My only reason for not giving five stars to Secure One was the fact I did not get the lowest rate which I believe I deserved with my credit rating. This of course had no bearing on Austin's five star performance!

  Being a first time home buyer, I knew nothing of the process, except how stressful it could be. From the first phone call, James made the process simple and easy for me to understand. Each step of the way I was kept well informed and any questions that came up were immediately answered.
