Absolute worst credit agency. Takes weeks to reach a live agent. Experian Boost is a scam to access your bank account then mysteriously utility on time accounts get deleted by Experian resulting a a reduced FICO score.

Who does monitor your activities and business? You are charging my credit card and when I try to login I get an error that I am not enrolled. And when I call any numbers, they are all automated bots. Is there any person actually working in experian?!!! Worst customer service and you steal money from people. I will call my bank and will ask them to block the auto payments from “experian” and then someone might call me from Experian. So disappointed with your service and they way you treat your members!!!

Experian allowed (without cross referencing my many years of perfect payment history) a third party collection company to be their determinate in lowering my FICO score from the 800’s to 650! Within a day it was proven this was related to identity theft. Yes, now all parties are aware of that, but it still could take 30 to 60 days to correct my score... Give me a break!

I was excited for Experian Boost to come out and now that it is out I can't get it to work so I contacted them and they said it doesn't work with my bank! I have a national bank CapitolOne. So for a humongous business, such as Experian, to put out a product that works with a customers bank not work with one of the main banks causes me to not think very positive about Experian.

Someone stole my credit card information and used it to purchase services from Experian. That obviously is not experians fault, however, after contacting them and proving that it was not me who signed up with them and that there was indeed a person who did commit fraud, they disabled the account but refused to refund any of the money at all. Even after speaking with a supervisor, they were completely unwilling to help me in any way to get my money back. This means that Experian is keeping money that they know they received fraudulently and by keeping it they are stealing from me.

@Experian Do you aim to decieve people? I had no knowledge of a membership sign up. You charged me almost $200. Consumers beware: Don't trust Experian with your credit card information when pulling your credit report for a $1 charge. Unethical company!

Dear Brian Jude Cassin, (Experian CEO), I’m not sure how you ran a business in Ireland, but here in America we focus on customer service, which is the lifeline of any business. In other words, if your consumers are not satisfied, they will go to another credit servicing company such as Equifax, TransUnion or any other credit servicing company that will actually provide a real service. When this happens, and it’s happening as we speak, your paycheck will shrink, and shrink and then shrink some more and then eventually you’ll get fired. How about you get pro-active and start addressing some of these concerns, such as a 2 hour hold time. Are you kidding me? Have you been on hold for 5min? Or maybe upgrade your phone or website technology with the ages so we as consumers can at least cancel without having to deal with these ridicules wait times. I know you probably won’t read this, but I hope someone with some authority does and I hope they do something about it. For now, I’ll be contacting my credit card company (3-5min wait time) to dispute the charges, since you think it’s ok to charge me $19.95 every two weeks.

The worst customer service known to man. I have letters from creditors documenting errors made by the creditor in application of payments and Experian refuses to remove the information. I have tried to log on 10 times and changed my password as many but their system does not recognize my user name or password EVER. Unbelievable that they are relied on for information.

Terrible website. Impossible to get an actual person on the phone. They charge people in Missouri to freeze your own credit when you other 2 companies do not. Plus it’s not like you have a choice to use Experian or not too. I am sitting in a dealer to buy a car and can not because I can not get my credit unfrozen. I am contacting the Bbb. Unacceptable and shameful.

Experian is a big scam!! I thought I was paying for a one-time credit report until they billed me 6 months for $20. Didn't catch it until now. There is only one reason to offer a $1 trial, and that is they are hoping you forget to unsubscribe for the service so they can continue the billing. Don't do it!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Why not refund the money if you used none of the products?
