  Picked up my car from the body shop, and when I drove off the parking lot the muffler assembly just fell off of my car into highway 5 in McKinney. I told them that the wreck I just had was only a dented door, not anything involving my exhaust. That told me that I needed to learn more about cars, And that there is nothing they will do. I was appalled. Needless to say, I won't be back

I have referred several friends over the years to the body shop. They provide high quality body work. When you get your car back you never know there's any damage to it. They treat you like family It's more than just a business. This is the only place I'll refer anybody too..

  I worked with Joel in sales. What a great experience considering my daughter's car was a total loss and The Body Shop didn't make a dime! That's right after determining my daughter's car was a loss... which took at least an hour + in labor to remove the front bumper that was crushed, Joel help me sell the car! You read this correctly... went out of his way to help me sell the car as is. The car stayed on their lot, they let people come look at it (I did nor have to leave work to rush over to show the car) which eventually sold aka they sold my car for me! They were great to the buyer as well! Explaining all the damage and what it would take to fix. I mean Joel truly went out fo his way knowing he would receive NO financial gain for his effort. Tell me the last time you got this over-the-top service, not only at an auto shop but any retailer? They've fixed several minor bumps and scratches in the past and did a great job but this whole experience with my daughter's car has made me a customer for life. Thanks Joel and The Body Shop for helping out in a difficult time.

  Joel Hill & his Receptionists were SO helpful & understanding about the hail damage to my old car! They were kind & supportive too. Joel took such good care of my car while it was there! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Wonderful (awful) 1st TX Hail Storm experience!!!

  Unfortunately I have had to use The Body Shop in McKinney twice in the last 3 months. But on both occasions they made the experience a good one. Gary White was great about keeping me informed along the way and both times my vehicles looked great when done.

  I just picked up my truck from The Body Shop and it looks better than when I first bought it! The girls at the front are awesome. Enterprise was extremely easy to work with. I had not been in a wreck in over 12 yrs so needless to say, I was clueless as to how the process worked. The Body Shop took great care of me and my truck! I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a Body Shop

  The body work seems OK but the new sticker on the side of the bed doesn't match the other side now. Not even close. Gary said they couldn't get the old stickers but i spent 15 seconds on Google found them. When I dropped it off i asked the receptionist and Gary for phone call updates. I didnt want text or email. I want to talk to a person. Never got a single phone call. Was supposed to be ready on Friday per the robo text update called Thursday before to try to get a better timeframe than sometime Friday and was told they had a problem earlier in the week and now it will be next week. Get there to pick it up amd the new stickers aren't even close to matching the factory one on the other side. Gary said he couldn't get the one to match but 15 seconds on Google and i ordered it myself. The lack of communication, the delay without any notification, and them i guess just hoping i wouldn't notice the sticker are enough for me to not go back. Very impersonal experiance for me. Gary wouldn't even let me walk in his office.He didn't have time to answer my questions. He seemed to busy walking around in circles avoiding me. I was told he would get me matching stickers but I dont think ill ever hear from them. only time will tell amd ill be happy to update this if and when I get

  I have reviewed this shop in yelp and thought I would use google this time. Took my Audi S7 in after a rock hit it(damn rocks). As usual these guys outperform. Their customer service and more importantly their work is second to none. They send you texts with pictures of your vehicle as it goes through the process. I have used these guys several times and each time I was very pleased with their work. I couldn't imagine using anyone else. And as a bonus they were a preferred shop for my Nationwide Ins. Also preferred when I had Gieco.

  I've been here 3 times for service. Twice with my Journey, one time with my Veloster. They do good work quickly. Went back to address over spray after noticing 5 months later. This is a body shop who cares. Thank y'all.

  Repaired my car after a collision two years ago, and it came back good as new. Outstanding service. Kept me up to date through the whole process with periodic pictures via e-mail. I took the car back recently to get a price on replacing a discolored headlight on the side that was not affected by the collision. Instead of quoting the replacement, they buffed the discoloration out of the headlight AT NO CHARGE. The dealer wanted to charge me $1,800 to replace the headlight assembly. Actions speak louder than words. The Body Shop is worthy of your trust.
